Overview
Large projects involve many environmental tasks spread across consultants, laboratories, contractors and authorities. Without coordination, deliverables slip, information is duplicated or lost, and environmental requirements surface late in design or construction.
Lothan International manages this workstream directly on the client's behalf. We set up the work plan and responsibilities, coordinate the parties involved, track schedules and deliverables, and keep a single record of correspondence and decisions. Where a task requires a licensed entity or a specialist, such as an impact assessment study or laboratory analysis, that party carries it out and our team coordinates it.
