Overview

Upstream, midstream and downstream activities interact with air, soil, groundwater and the marine environment in different ways. Each facility therefore faces its own mix of permit conditions, monitoring duties and reporting requirements, and these change as a project moves from design to construction to operation.

Lothan works alongside operators, EPC contractors and service companies to identify the obligations that apply, prepare the documentation the Environment Public Authority and other competent bodies expect, and follow up until conditions are met. Where a specialist study or treatment technology is needed, we coordinate it through licensed Lothan Group companies or approved technical partners.
